February's meeting will be short so we can get to the SOP update. Please bring

in your 2011 SOP and folder. You will get a complete SOP insert for 2012 (not a

single sheet update), but if you do not have the folder it will cost you $3.00 for the

2012 SOP.

If you have club service hours for 2011 that have not been turned in please

bring documentation of that in with your club application. Club officers will be at Lime

Creek early to get as many people thru the application process before the business

meeting. Please have all your club service hours authorized before writing your check

(easier on you and the club officer). Hopefully we will have all renewals done by

8:30PM or so.

and sign in/sign out building. The club house addition and interior/exterior

renovation is still ongoing. One new thing to add to the list is transplanting some of

our bare root stock trees. If anyone has access to a tree spade large enough to work

on our trees please let me know.

Jim Hunt Electric has turned in a bid for some safety strobe lights for the 50

yard and 100 yard ranges.
